We dedicate ourselves to Corporate Interior Design. Our primary focus is Tenant Development, TD for short, which means we partner with building owners and their representatives as the Designer of Record for their portfolio of buildings. For those clients, we design tenant spaces as well as common areas and amenity areas, and we provide ongoing services that assist the leasing and property teams. Our expertise in this niche of the field brings value to the multitude of projects we carry out directly with end users as well, because we understand the dynamics of every party involved and how to leverage those relationships.
